HR People Partner – Join a Fast‑Growing AI Startup

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR People Partner to help shape our internal culture, support managers and employees, and drive people initiatives as we scale our AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support and mentor managers and team leads on people management, employee development and challenging situations.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with employees to identify challenges, risks and development opportunities.
• Coordinate performance reviews, gather feedback and help create individual growth plans.
• Partner with managers on motivation, engagement and team performance.
• Oversee onboarding, probation periods and career progression support.
• Organise internal and external training for staff and managers.
• Contribute to HR processes and company culture together with the HR team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in HR or People Partner roles.
• Strong understanding of modern HR practices and processes.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with teams and managers.
• High empathy, communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment and prioritising tasks.
• Experience with HR analytics and metrics is a plus.
• Background in IT, digital or startup environments is an advantage.
