Head of B2B Digital Demand Generation

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to own and scale our B2B digital demand generation function. You will shape the strategy, drive pipeline, and align marketing initiatives with revenue goals across inbound, outbound, ABM and partner channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi‑channel demand generation strategy that meets quarterly and annual pipeline targets.
• Own the end‑to‑end pipeline, from MQLs to SQLs, and build forecasting models to track performance.
• Manage outbound programs, signal‑based outreach, and SDR handoff processes.
• Oversee inbound tactics including paid media, email marketing, SEO and website conversion optimization.
• Lead account‑based marketing initiatives and coordinate closely with sales on target‑account plans.
• Maintain the demand generation technology stack, ensure data quality, CRM governance and reporting accuracy.
• Recruit, develop and mentor a high‑performing demand generation team, establishing KPIs and a culture of experimentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand, growth or revenue marketing.
• 3+ years leading marketing teams with proven pipeline and revenue ownership.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and budget management skills.
• Experience selling to C‑level executives and working with global B2B organizations.
