General Manager – Future CEO Track (B2C SaaS)

About the role

RapidSeedbox is seeking an ambitious General Manager to lead its next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, this role offers a fast‑track path to the CEO position for a high‑performing leader who can balance strategy with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute initiatives to boost revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Optimize the full B2C customer journey—from acquisition to retention and monetization.
• Set company‑wide goals, KPIs, dashboards, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across Product, Engineering, IT Operations, Marketing, and People Operations.
• Partner with technical teams to translate business priorities into clear initiatives.
• Maintain close contact with customers to inform product and growth decisions.
• Gradually assume full P&L ownership and build systems for sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling a B2C SaaS product through a self‑service subscription model.
• Deep understanding of acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, churn reduction, and monetization.
• Background in a small or bootstrapped tech company (typically <50 employees).
• Track record of growing SaaS revenue within or beyond the $1M–$5M ARR range.
• Leadership experience across Product, Growth, Engineering, or related technical functions.
• Hands‑on, resourceful problem‑solver with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience leading distributed, multicultural remote teams.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
