About the role

We are looking for a Finance and Insurance Services Consultant to join the Moller Auto Lidosta team. The consultant will support customers with financing and insurance solutions for new and used vehicles, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and provide advice on auto financing options.
• Prepare and finalize leasing agreements for private and corporate customers.
• Sell insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Prepare insurance proposals and issue policies.
• Collaborate with the dealer sales team to align financing and insurance offers.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with insurance and financing partners.
• Deliver excellent client experience in coordination with other Moller Auto units.
• Assist clients after an insurance claim is filed.

Required profile

• Experience in the financial sector with a solid understanding of financing basics.
• Knowledge of leasing products and processes.
• Goal‑oriented personality with a "can‑do" attitude.
• Strong communication skills in Latvian and English.
• High level of precision and responsibility.
