Financial and Data Analyst (Pan-Baltic Opportunity)

About the role

Join Citadele’s Resolution Planning unit to support recovery and resolution planning, regulatory reporting and data‑driven decision‑making across the Baltic region. You will work on strategically important projects for the bank and its European partners.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a quantitative guru for resolution and recovery planning and own resolution reporting.
• Participate in bank‑wide testing of liquidity, financial market infrastructure, bail‑in and other capabilities.
• Explore regulatory requirements and create technical documentation.
• Focus on process mining and data visualisation.
• Engage in data automation and optimisation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in banking, finance, economics, mathematics or IT.
• Solid understanding of a bank’s balance sheet, products and main financial indicators.
• Experience with SQL, Excel and preferably Python.
• Familiarity with a business intelligence tool such as SAP BO or Qlik.
• Knowledge of Oracle or Sybase databases is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English for regular collaboration across Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
