Finance Specialist – German Language

About the role

The Finance & Control department of Circle K Business Centre in Riga supports the company’s European operations. As a Finance Specialist with German language skills you will handle payment processing, debt collection and support audit activities while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Incoming payment clearing
• Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
• Collaboration with business units and external debt‑collection agencies
• Prepare and analyse weekly debt‑aging portfolio and define collection actions
• Serve internal and external queries related to payments and postings
• Balance confirmations for customers
• Spot errors and suggest efficiency improvements
• Period‑closing related tasks
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Participate in improvement projects

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (or final‑year student)
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical, organized and solution‑oriented personality
