About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Dutch‑speaking Quality Analyst to join our Riga team. In this position you will help ensure that all service interactions meet the highest quality standards, supporting our commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and procedures.

Required profile

• Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in quality analysis or a related field.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for delivering feedback.
