Digital Marketing Operations Manager (Diagnostics)

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Operations Manager in Roche's Global Digital Hub, you will drive operational excellence by executing end‑to‑end digital marketing initiatives across global markets and affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate global and local digital marketing execution services, including campaign setup, workflows, updates, and delivery across digital channels.
• Create, format, and maintain visual and written digital assets using global brand templates, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Oversee email deployments, marketing automation workflows, website content updates, metadata tagging, and social media execution.
• Handle incoming requests through service management tools, ensuring timely delivery and transparent status tracking.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all assets to guarantee accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify execution bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, and contribute to continuous service improvements.

Required profile

• Organized, detail‑oriented digital marketing professional with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing operations or a shared services environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple requests within structured deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Experience with multi‑channel execution: campaign management, email marketing deployment, marketing automation journeys, basic SEO/website maintenance, and reporting.
• Familiarity with service management/ticketing systems, digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and collaboration tools.
