Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist

About the role

As a Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist in Roche's Global Digital Hub, you will ensure the successful delivery of digital campaign content creation projects, coordinating with affiliate and global teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end process of digital campaign content creation and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet delivery standards.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revise content requests to align with expectations.
• Instruct stakeholders on new processes to increase efficiency.
• Support Campaign Coordinators in client communications, change management and service offering discussions.
• Follow existing processes, establish governance principles and maintain documentation within the scope of responsibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign management.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and adapt to feedback.
