Deputy Director of Sales – Latvia

About the role

Coral Club is seeking a proactive Deputy Director of Sales to lead and expand its sales business in Latvia. This hands‑on leadership position will drive market growth, manage the local branch team, and turn commercial strategy into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales targets, monitor performance and implement actions to achieve business goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and launch initiatives to increase sales.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to inform strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners and other indirect sales channels.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Latvian branch team, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
• Organise local events, trainings and promotional activities to support sales growth.
• Represent Coral Club in the Latvian market and build relationships with external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development or commercial management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Experience managing and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of the Latvian market and business environment.
• Fluent in Latvian and English; Russian is a strong advantage.
• Experience in MLM, direct selling or network marketing is a plus.
