Customer Service Specialist (Latvian, Russian & English)

About the role

AP Companies, a leading independent medical assistance provider, is expanding its international team. We are seeking a multilingual Customer Service Specialist fluent in Latvian, Russian and English to support the coordination of medical treatment worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Timely receive, register, process and report on the organization of medical treatment worldwide.
• Work with internal databases and keep all cases up‑to‑date.
• Maintain solid communication with medical providers, insured members and clients via email and phone.
• Collaborate with the team to identify priority areas and ensure a positive client experience.
• Comply with international laws and regulations, including GDPR, when handling client and provider data.
• Work with other departments to address client queries and streamline workflow.
• Safeguard business secrets and confidential information.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for customer service.
• Fluency in Latvian, Russian and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficient PC user with reliable internet connection.
• Self‑disciplined remote worker capable of independent and team‑oriented tasks.
• Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve performance.
