About the role

Join Kronospan’s Riga team as a Customer Service Specialist supporting sales operations for a global leader in wood products. You will act as the main point of contact for order processing, providing administrative assistance to sales representatives and ensuring smooth document flow.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and follow up on customer orders.
• Provide administrative support to sales representatives.
• Manage and coordinate document flow related to sales activities.
• Deliver professional, accurate and timely customer service.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or a client‑facing role.
• Excellent English communication skills for daily interaction with Scandinavian colleagues and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
