Customer Service Representative – Middle East & Africa (Temp)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, self‑organized individual with a "can do" attitude to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for the Middle East and Africa region. You will manage customer orders from placement through export documentation, handle enquiries and complaints, and ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the customer portfolio proactively, ensuring timely handling of orders and resolution of complaints while anticipating needs.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone, delivering clear and accurate information.
• Coordinate order fulfilment by collaborating with Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Perform accurate order entry and follow‑up in the SAP ERP system, addressing any changes or discrepancies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, IT, Business Administration, Logistics or a comparable field.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Experience with export logistics documents is an advantage.
• Good understanding of order‑to‑cash (O2C) processes and order fulfilment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of SharePoint and Teams.
• Very good written and spoken English to communicate with a global organization.
