Customer Experience Specialist – French Speaking

About the role

Join NORIT, the world leader in activated carbon production, as a Customer Experience Specialist with French language skills. Based in Riga, you will be the primary liaison between NORIT and its external customers, ensuring fast, high‑quality support and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact, resolve service‑related issues and complaints of varying complexity.
• Proactively reach out to customers and distributors regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery scheduling.
• Process, monitor, and resolve customer orders from receipt to delivery using ERP and CRM systems.
• Gather feedback, analyse customer behaviour, and suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey.
• Coordinate with production sites and sales managers to ensure shipments meet requirements.
• Maintain customer master data, handle sample requests, and support demand‑forecasting activities.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and back‑up colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably with external customers or distributors.
• Fluent French and proficient English.
• Eligibility to work in Latvia.
• University‑level education preferred; current students are welcome to apply.

• JD Edwards (experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus)
