Customer Care Representative (EMEA)

About the role

Cabot Latvia is seeking collaborative, customer‑service driven talent to join its growing Customer Care department. You will be the main point of contact for customer orders, ensuring full and timely completion in partnership with customers and internal teams, and play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, coordinating shipments with the transportation group.
• Keep customers informed of any changes to their orders.
• Identify and implement solutions when issues arise to satisfy customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders in the ERP system.

Required profile

• Eagerness to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Strong multitasking, planning and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure when needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
