Customer Care Representative – EMEA

About the role

Cabot Latvia is looking for a motivated Customer Care Representative to serve as the main point of contact for EMEA customers. You will manage orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate service while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and coordinate shipments with the transportation group.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of orders in the ERP system.
• Communicate order status and any changes to customers promptly.
• Identify and implement solutions when issues arise to satisfy customer needs.

Required profile

• Eagerness to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Strong multitasking, planning and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure when needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
