Content Creation Subchapter Lead

About the role

The Content Creation Subchapter Lead will inspire and guide a global team of medical writers, editors and content specialists, driving agile collaboration and innovative content solutions across Roche’s Digital Hub.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop subchapter members, creating personal development plans.
• Coordinate subchapter operations, manage resources and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, attract and retain top talent, overseeing onboarding and interviews.
• Embed the new operating model and promote agile collaboration.
• Collaborate with other chapters and stakeholders to align content solutions with business strategy.
• Drive service quality improvements and maintain process governance.
• Champion content technology, GenAI tools, DAM systems and regulatory platforms such as Veeva Vault.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in commercial marketing or content creation, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience in complex projects.
• Strong medical or scientific background is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment across time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with modern content technology and GenAI writing tools.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory review platforms such as Veeva Vault.
