Construction Project Manager Assistant – Internship

About the role

The Riga Technical University Development Fund offers two paid internship positions as a construction project manager assistant, in cooperation with RST Company, SIA. The internship lasts 9 months, part-time at 30 hours per week, with a net salary of 750 EUR per month. Applications close on 11 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Help prepare and organise project documentation
• Assist in keeping site schedules and work plans up to date
• Take part in ordering and coordinating material deliveries
• Communicate with site managers, crews and suppliers
• Visit sites together with the project manager
• Help record work execution and reports
• Help keep information flowing between departments

Required profile

• Students in construction studies from the 3rd bachelor's year onwards
• Interest in construction and project management
• Precision and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Knowledge of Latvian; English is an advantage
