About the role
The Clinical Services Supervisor leads culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health care for survivors of human trafficking. Working within the MHPSS and WARN teams, the role conducts intake, assessments, develops individualized service plans, and provides direct therapeutic interventions both in‑office and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct mental health intake, assessments, and create individual service plans.
- Deliver evidence‑based interventions, suicide risk assessments, safety planning, and mandatory reporting.
- Provide clinical supervision to the WARN Mental Health Counselor.
- Develop and deliver psycho‑education modules and Psychological First Aid training for staff and community partners.
- Arrange interpreter services and ensure culturally appropriate engagement.
- Maintain accurate documentation, data entry, and reporting of case and project activities.
- Monitor program quality, evaluate client progress, and coordinate with case managers and program managers.
Required profile
- Professional background in mental health counseling or clinical psychology.
- Experience providing services to diverse, multilingual populations, preferably survivors of trafficking or trauma.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct suicide assessments and develop safety plans.
- Experience supervising or mentoring mental health staff.
- Strong collaboration skills with case management and program teams.
