Chief of Staff

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, systems‑minded operator to work directly with our CEO and build the execution engine that turns leadership decisions into outcomes. This role is not a traditional Chief of Staff, executive assistant, or project coordinator – it focuses on creating structure, accountability and cadence across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own a single execution tracker for CEO and company‑wide priorities.
• Capture decisions and action items from leadership meetings and ensure each commitment has a clear owner, deadline, priority and success criteria.
• Drive follow‑through by working proactively with senior leaders and coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.
• Maintain visibility over risks, blockers, dependencies and overdue commitments, escalating execution risks early.
• Run the weekly and monthly execution cadence, facilitate leadership execution reviews and prepare concise execution reports for the CEO.
• Design dashboards and AI‑powered workflows for meeting notes, action‑item extraction, reminders, reporting and escalations.
• Continuously improve execution processes and help departments adopt better execution habits.
