Chief Marketing Officer – Remote (EMEA)

About the role

Pragmatike is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to shape and execute the global marketing strategy for its AI‑native cloud infrastructure startup. This remote, EMEA‑focused role will work directly with the founders and commercial leadership to position the company in the AI and cloud ecosystem and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the global go‑to‑market strategy, including positioning, messaging and brand differentiation.
• Build demand‑generation programs across content, digital, events, partnerships and community initiatives.
• Develop thought‑leadership and technical content for enterprise and developer audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales and product teams to create scalable pipelines and improve conversion rates.
• Lead product marketing, launches, campaigns and market‑expansion projects.
• Recruit, manage and scale the marketing function, including external partners.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of building positioning, demand generation and go‑to‑market strategies for high‑growth tech companies.
• Deep understanding of AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS and developer platforms.
• Strong storytelling ability to translate complex deep‑tech products into compelling narratives.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive marketing decisions and measure ROI.
