Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Lead B2C Growth

About the role

Wigiwama, an award‑winning Latvian interior‑design brand, is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to build a scalable, profitable B2C growth engine and lead the marketing side of its US market entry. Reporting to the CEO, you will own all marketing activities and be directly responsible for commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies on Meta and Google, set budgets, test creatives and manage media buying.
• Optimise the Shopify conversion funnel, product pages and checkout experience to increase sales.
• Design and run retention programmes using Klaviyo flows, campaigns and audience segmentation.
• Lead the annual promotional calendar, reporting and analytics with GA4, Triple Whale and attribution models.
• Oversee B2B marketing support, PR, influencer programmes and social‑media strategy across EU and US markets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of e‑commerce or growth marketing experience, including at least 2 years leading a marketing function.
• Proven track record of managing Meta and Google ad budgets and improving key e‑commerce metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, retention, contribution margin).
• Hands‑on approach to building campaigns, email flows and dashboards.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
