Certified Building Construction Supervisor – Latvia

About the role

We are looking for a Certified Building Construction Supervisor to oversee construction activities on projects across the Riga region and other parts of Latvia. The role involves representing the client’s interests, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving the use of innovative technologies on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction works at project sites, ensuring quality, safety and schedule adherence.
• Act as the client’s representative during all phases of construction.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory acts and standards for Category 3 buildings.
• Implement new technologies and solutions to improve project efficiency.

Required profile

• Certificate in building construction management and construction supervision.
• Proven experience supervising Category 3 building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and standards.
• Emotional resilience, high responsibility, integrity and strong communication skills.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
