Centre Leader (t/c Origo) – Retail Department

About the role

Tele2 Latvia is looking for a dynamic Centre Leader for the Origo store in Riga. You will lead a retail team, drive sales performance and ensure high‑quality customer service in a fast‑moving telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively manage and organise daily team activities.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues.
• Increase Tele2 turnover through proactive sales initiatives.
• Plan, organise, control and execute the sales process.
• Identify customer needs and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Oversee administrative tasks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Provide suggestions for the development of Tele2 centres.
