Centre Leader – Retail Department

About the role

Tele2 Latvija is looking for a Centre Leader to head its retail department in Tukums. You will lead a team, drive sales and ensure high‑quality customer service in a dynamic, values‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively manage and organise the team’s daily work.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues.
• Increase Tele2’s turnover through proactive sales activities.
• Plan, organise, control and execute the sales process.
• Identify customer needs and ensure service standards are met.
• Oversee administrative tasks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Provide suggestions for the development of Tele2 centres.
