Business Operations Associate in Marketing

About the role

The Global Digital Hub at Roche is looking for a Business Operations Associate to support digital initiatives across marketing, communications and data management. You will work with global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of digital customer communications, product activation and master data processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end digital customer communications and notifications, manage mailing lists and track distribution using global platforms.
• Drive digital product activation and master data management in SAP and WoMDER, ensuring compliant and accurate setups.
• Provide daily operational support to global stakeholders and affiliates, resolve tool logic issues and maintain audit‑ready data integrity.
• Collaborate with affiliates on localized inputs, system roll‑outs and user enablement via platforms such as Cornerstone.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, give continuous feedback and drive process standardisation, automation and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc degree (preferably in Digital Marketing, IT, Communication or Business) with 1–3 years of digital operations or shared‑services experience.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) and digital workflow or data‑management platforms.
• Strong understanding of process‑driven, globally standardised execution.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and customer‑focused with a passion for continuous improvement.
