BSOC Specialist – Service Operations Center

About the role

The Baltic Service Operations Center (BSOC) is looking for a specialist to monitor the Tele2 Baltic network, handle alarms, and support daily operations in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Tele2’s Baltic network and alarms.
• Assist in fault handling and coordinate accident prevention.
• Provide remote assistance to support teams and execute tasks according to guidelines.
• Handle events, incidents and changes.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field (first‑year students accepted).
• Degree in Telecom is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong personal drive, self‑learning attitude and ability to work under stress.
• Accuracy, high sense of responsibility and willingness to work in shifts.

Required skills

• Network monitoring.
• Incident and change handling.
