B2B Sales Representative – US Market (EU Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to drive new‑business acquisition across the United States eCommerce market. You will focus on fast‑growing Shopify, WooCommerce and marketplace merchants that need a reliable print‑on‑demand production partner. The role works on EU (Riga) hours with occasional overlap for US client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and close new B2B clients in the US eCommerce space.
• Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound and inbound activities.
• Manage objections, negotiate terms and drive deals to closure.
• Hand over newly signed accounts to the Account Management team with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and Account Management to align on solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events and strengthen our US market presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within eCommerce or SaaS.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage a full sales funnel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working on EU hours with flexible US overlap.
