B1 and B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Embraer Legacy 600/650

About the role

AirSup is looking for a B1 and/or B2 aircraft maintenance engineer to carry out line and base maintenance on customer aircraft of the Legacy 600/650 (EMB-135/145) type. The position is permanent and offers technical training and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform line and base maintenance on customer aircraft, including inspection, repair, modification and component replacement, in line with EASA Part 145 requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain the Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC).
• Keep aircraft to the highest quality standards in a cost- and time-effective way, complying with regulations and internal procedures and taking human factors into account.
• Coordinate staff levels, tooling, equipment and materials so aircraft are delivered on time with the highest quality.
• Supervise and support mechanics and other assistants in the team.
• Maintain tools and equipment to the required standards.
• Update maintenance records and other paperwork in compliance with the regulations.

Required profile

• Valid EASA Part 66 B1 and/or B2 licence and Legacy 600/650 (EMB-135/145) type training.
• 2 years of experience in aircraft base maintenance and repair.
• Logbook showing 6 months of certifying or 100 days of combined aircraft maintenance experience on A320FAM in the last 2 years.
• Previous borescope and engine run approvals are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of English and right to live and work in the EU.
• Valid medical certificate and B-category driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to AOG locations on short notice and to stay abroad as required.
