About the role

We are seeking a qualified Hematologist to join our Oncology and Hematology Center. The physician will lead patient diagnostics and treatment, contribute to research projects, and support the development of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and participate in the development of the center and the specialist’s field.
• Ensure effective patient examination, diagnosis and therapy.
• Collaborate with coordinators to optimise patient care pathways.
• Develop quality documentation and improve care processes.
• Analyse work results regularly and take part in research projects.
• Organise work, delegate tasks to residents and medical staff.
• Support colleagues and department management to guarantee efficient patient care.
• Respond quickly in emergency situations.
• Participate actively in the training of students and residents.
• Maintain professional and respectful attitude toward patients.

Required profile

• Higher medical education (MD).
• Certified Hematologist with registration in the medical personnel register.
• Previous work experience is desirable.
• Precision, initiative, high sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in the state language; foreign language skills are a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to organise work independently.

Required skills

• Computer literacy at everyday user level (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).
