Area Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a team of Store Managers across multiple locations. You will be responsible for driving collaboration, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring operational excellence to meet business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Store Managers, support daily activities and problem‑solving to achieve business goals.
• Recruit store staff and assist Store Managers in developing their teams.
• Implement the Sales Department’s strategy in stores to ensure long‑term success.
• Monitor sales budget performance and enforce standards and procedures.
• Oversee store preparation for stock‑take and enforce procedures to minimise loss.
• Optimize operations to improve efficiency while controlling operating and personnel costs.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience with strong communication skills.
• Retail experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Latvian.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Latvia and abroad when needed.
