Area BPO Manager

About the role

The Area BPO Manager drives the implementation of the global IT/BPO roadmap at country level, aligning it with business strategy and operational priorities. The role leads process improvement initiatives, strengthens governance, and maximizes the effective use of systems and digital tools across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of global process and system initiatives, analysing existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate country‑level deployment of strategic projects, including system roll‑outs and operating model changes, while managing risks and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement of digital tools such as FLOW, CPQ, QRS, myHG and Qlik.
• Develop and deliver training for new processes, systems and tools, and support onboarding of employees.
• Act as the primary country contact for Global IT/BPO, partnering with Operations, Sales, Finance and IT to ensure alignment and successful implementation.

• Individual contributor with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading process optimisation, governance and change‑management initiatives.
• Proven ability to analyse performance data and recommend actions to improve efficiency, quality and productivity.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and gather business requirements.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with FLOW, CPQ, QRS, myHG and Qlik applications.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as First Choice.
• Project and change‑management capabilities.
