Architect / Construction Design Specialist

About the role

Livland Group is looking for an experienced Architect or Construction Design Specialist to turn building projects into reality. The ideal candidate is a proactive practitioner who can analyse tasks, plan work, anticipate issues and deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the building design process and produce construction documentation and BIS records.
• Communicate effectively with designers, building authorities, institutions and the client.
• Coordinate necessary works and ensure documentation reaches an agreed final state.
• Identify potential problems early and propose practical solutions.

Required profile

• Strong independence and professional thinking.
• Responsibility for the quality of one’s own work.
• Practical experience in architectural or construction project execution.
• Ability to plan, organise and drive tasks to completion.
