About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Insurance Consultant to join our team in Gulbene. You will be responsible for actively reaching out to new clients, providing expert advice on insurance products, and building lasting relationships both in‑person and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively approach and acquire new customers.
• Develop long‑term cooperation with clients on‑site and via remote channels.
• Deliver high‑quality consultations on a range of insurance products.
• Prepare tailored insurance proposals that encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Excellent command of the Latvian language.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to match client needs with optimal solutions.
• Confidence to initiate contact with potential clients.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
• At least secondary (general) education.
