AML Quality Assurance Senior Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an AML Quality Assurance Senior Analyst to join our AML function and support our journey toward obtaining a European Central Bank banking licence. You will work closely with the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to ensure the robustness of our internal control system.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality‑assurance reviews of AML processes such as EDD, CDD, transaction monitoring, and customer screening.
• Identify deficiencies, recommend mitigation actions, and follow up on remediation.
• Prepare and present quality‑assurance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Utilise data and AI tools to analyse patterns and improve controls.
• Provide guidance on AML/CTF regulations and support the development of AML policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Approximately 4 years of AML/KYC experience in a financial institution.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one of the following: Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) or Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
