AI Native Full-stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Native Full‑stack Engineer to join our software development team. You will design, build, and ship production features across our platform using Django (Python), PostgreSQL, and React, with AI coding agents as your primary development instrument.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery workflows using AI coding agents, from requirement clarification to test validation and merge.
• Build and maintain Django REST APIs, PostgreSQL data models, and React UI components for our service‑delivery platforms.
• Own the knowledge layer for AI agents by creating CLAUDE.md files, system prompts, and context documentation.
• Accelerate feature shipping, refactor, migrate, and modernize codebases with agent assistance.
• Mentor teammates on AI‑native development practices and share reusable tooling.
• Ensure quality through testing, edge‑case consideration, and code‑review readiness.

Required profile

• Daily use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex in production work.
• Strong full‑stack experience with Django (Python) and PostgreSQL, plus solid React skills.
• Ability to delegate implementation to agents, spend most time reviewing, and take full ownership of outcomes.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Collaborative mindset with good communication for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

What we offer

• Salary from 5,000 EUR to 8,500 EUR per month (before taxes)
