AI Co-Founder & Head of Product (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to become the co‑founder and Head of Product of a new Artificial Intelligence startup. The position is fully remote and you will be directly employed by our venture‑building team while you build and scale your own company.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build and run an AI‑focused startup from idea to market.
• Iterate the product together with our team until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Lead product strategy, roadmap and execution.
• Recruit and manage top‑notch talent using our network of 50,000 professionals.
• Work closely with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders through weekly 1:1 sparring.
• Develop a sales and marketing engine to drive growth.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for your startup and aim for €100 M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
