Accounts Receivables & Cash Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Receivables & Cash Accountant to join our finance team. The role handles customer invoicing, bank account reconciliations, cash transaction processing and payment execution, supporting accurate financial records, month‑end closing, reporting and efficient cash management.

Key responsibilities

• Account customer invoices and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and send customer dunning and reconciliation letters.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts daily according to procedures.
• Support local finance employees with bank‑account matters.
• Execute vendor, employee, tax and other payments.
• Perform monthly closing activities.
• Participate in internal development initiatives.
• Prepare reports for internal customers, auditors, tax authorities and other stakeholders.
• Maintain internal documentation such as manuals and instructions.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting (advantageous).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Detail‑oriented with logical thinking.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
