Account Manager – Customer Solutions for Construction

About the role

As an Account Manager at Hilti, you will be the primary contact for construction customers, helping them improve productivity, safety, and sustainability through Hilti’s tools and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities through regular client engagement.
• Manage your territory and daily schedule, including visits to job sites and customer offices, to maximize sales potential.
• Act as a Hilti brand ambassador by delivering professional technical consultations and tailored solutions.
• Track customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in Salesforce.
• Provide high‑level customer consultation and demonstrate the latest tools on the spot.

Required profile

• Fluent Latvian and good English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant professional experience.
• Experience in customer‑facing or outside sales, ideally in a target‑driven environment.
• Hands‑on mindset with confidence using tools like Salesforce and working across teams.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly with a company car.
• Strong planning, time, and territory management skills.
