Regional Legal Advisor – In‑house Counsel

About the role

As a Regional Legal Advisor you will act as in‑house counsel for Aleph Group, supporting subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions. You will provide legal guidance on contracts, corporate governance and compliance, influencing business decisions at a regional level.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, corporate acts and other legal documentation.
• Lead the preparation and maintenance of corporate governance documentation for Aleph and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure internal policies and corporate acts comply with applicable legislation across relevant jurisdictions.
• Prepare legal reports, risk assessments and analyses to inform business decisions.
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments and subsidiaries.
• Manage legal and administrative documentation processes, maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research on complex topics and present actionable recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior legal team members where applicable.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in‑house, corporate or commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance documentation and processes.
• Proven ability to work independently and advise stakeholders across multiple departments and jurisdictions.
• Experience in a regional, cross‑border setting beyond a single‑market focus.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills; additional EU language a plus.
