Recruiter / Coordinator – HR Specialist

About the role

We are a dynamic recruitment agency connecting talent from Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, and Bulgaria with employers in Germany. We are looking for an energetic HR Specialist to join our office in Riga and manage the full recruitment cycle for candidates heading to Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment of candidates from Latvia and support their transition to jobs in Germany.
• Assist new employees during onboarding and answer their questions.
• Handle HR documentation and ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
• Support the growth of our team, both candidates and internal staff.

Required profile

• Experienced HR professional with deep industry knowledge.
• Fluent in Latvian, English and/or Russian.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, with talent for building relationships.
• Ready to manage recruitment processes and support employees with everyday challenges.

What we offer

• Attractive salary: 1000‑1500 EUR net per month, based on experience.
