Product Director – Canyon Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead the development and growth of our consumer electronics accessories portfolio across EMEA markets. The role sits within the Central team and is responsible for product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, pricing, sourcing and overall portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product and category strategy for the Canyon portfolio.
• Drive new product development and private‑label initiatives.
• Lead product sourcing and supplier management, including ODM/OEM partners.
• Own pricing, margin, forecasting, inventory and lifecycle management.
• Analyse market trends, consumer needs and competitive landscape.
• Develop go‑to‑market plans and launch strategies.
• Ensure product compliance, quality and commercial success.
• Lead and develop the Product Management team.

Required profile

• Senior product leadership experience within consumer electronics accessories, peripherals or comparable hardware categories.
• Proven track record in own‑brand or private‑label product development and sourcing.
• Strong experience working with manufacturers and suppliers in Asia.
• Solid understanding of product strategy, category management, pricing, margin, forecasting and inventory planning.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and product organisations.
• Commercial mindset with ownership of revenue, profitability and portfolio performance.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
