NOC Engineer

About the role

Webbing is looking for a proactive NOC Engineer to handle, troubleshoot and resolve customer solution and network related issues. You will work in a hybrid environment, supporting both on‑site and remote operations, and may cover night shifts from home.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, troubleshoot and resolve customer solution and network incidents.
• Communicate directly with Webbing customers and via mass‑communication tools.
• Perform monitoring and surveillance of products, services and customer solutions.
• Manage, coordinate and communicate incidents and events across internal teams, vendors and suppliers.
• Track and document all issues and resolutions in detail.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Degree in Telecommunications or IT (studies can still be in progress).
• Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and interest in mobile technologies, IoT and related fields.
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy and personal drive for self‑learning.
• Previous experience in technical support and troubleshooting of mobile core, roaming or mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G).
