Key Account Manager (f/m/x)

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for a Key Account Manager to work in partnership with customers and define and execute a growth strategy for both the company and the customer. The role is based remotely in Latvia, with no relocation support available.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels, focusing on the right level within each customer.
• Execute the customer strategy and ensure delivery of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP).
• Optimize resource use to improve operational profitability.
• Develop and implement annual account plans for assigned customers to meet revenue targets.
• Support the line manager in preparing and implementing market plans to meet market revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts with assigned customers in line with brand support strategies and within the allocated T&C budget.
• Run the annual activity calendar and promotions with assigned customers and give feedback to the supervisor.
• Provide revenue and sales volume forecasts for assigned customers.
• Monitor and analyze budget spending regularly and take corrective action when needed.

Required profile

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience growing revenue and market share.
• Ability to deliver results and solve problems.
• Understanding of multiple customers, go-to-market strategies, structure and business practices.
