Junior Delivery Engineer (Cloud and Data Security)

About the role

SQUALIO Team is seeking a Junior Delivery Engineer focused on cloud and data security to support IT project implementation and maintenance. This position offers the chance to work with new technologies while helping customers manage their IT and cybersecurity environments.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in cloud and data & AI security projects, covering assessment, planning, implementation, migration, and maintenance.
• Set up and configure solutions according to requirements, providing advice and consulting to clients.
• Assist customers in understanding technology challenges, implementing new solutions, and maintaining existing ones.
• Prepare assessment reports and support ticket resolution.
• Deliver customer training, lead workshops, and explore new solutions aligned with customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of practical experience as a computer systems administrator or similar role.
• Proven knowledge of managing Windows workstations and a good understanding of Microsoft cloud services.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and strong analytical skills.
• Full professional proficiency in Latvian and English.
• Higher education in IT or a related field is an advantage.
