ICT Risk Manager (Baltic)

About the role

SEB is looking for an experienced ICT Risk Management professional to strengthen risk practices within its Non‑Financial Risk framework. You will join the Baltic ICT Risk Management team, reporting to the Head of ICT Risk, and work closely with senior stakeholders across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and further develop the ICT risk management framework and related governance practices.
• Support management as a subject‑matter expert on ICT risk tolerance, risk appetite measures, and related risk decisions.
• Lead ICT risk identification and assessments in cooperation with risk owners, challenging risks to support informed decision‑making.
• Oversee the ICT risk register, mitigation actions, residual risk, KRIs, and related management reporting, ensuring high‑quality and auditable risk information.
• Support regulatory inquiries, supervisory reviews, and audits while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
• Strengthen ICT risk culture across the organization through stakeholder engagement, risk awareness, and tailored training.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in ICT risk management combined with a solid understanding of non‑financial risk management frameworks.
• Good understanding of information security and European regulatory requirements relevant to ICT risk.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive implementation of risk management practices across the organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence interacting across different organisational levels.
• Well‑developed analytical and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English for collaboration across the Baltics.
