Finance Systems Specialist (Junior or Specialist)

About the role

Join the Finance & Control department of Circle K Business Centre in Riga, supporting the global finance organization with finance system operations and improvements. The role is temporary until April 2027 and offers the chance to work on ERP and finance system projects across Europe and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain financial data and systems.
• Identify and correct errors to ensure accurate data processing.
• Troubleshoot ERP and related system issues, work with other departments to implement effective solutions.
• Participate in finance system enhancement, implementation, and process‑improvement projects.
• Support analysis and implementation of business requirements in finance systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external IT vendors to ensure effective system support and development.

Required profile

• A degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (students welcome).
• Previous experience in accounting or at the intersection of Finance and IT is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
• Precise, analytical, organized, and stress‑resistant personality.
• Self‑motivated, positive, customer‑focused attitude and a collaborative team‑player mindset.
