Product Designer – Fintech Platform

About the role

Mintos is building a simple, transparent investing platform for millions of Europeans. As a Product Designer you will shape the experience of investors across onboarding, investing, portfolio reporting and more, working on both web and mobile interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences for onboarding, investing, reporting and portfolio flows.
• Maintain visual and interaction consistency across iOS, Android and web.
• Frame problems, prototype concepts and validate them through user interviews, usability tests and competitor research.
• Collaborate with analysts to define success metrics and monitor post‑launch performance.
• Deliver wireframes, UI designs, prototypes and design‑system‑aligned documentation ready for engineering.
• Participate in design critiques, give and receive feedback, and help raise the team’s craft standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing end‑to‑end problem solving.
• Proven ability to own features from discovery through launch.
• Strong UX and visual design skills, turning complex problems into clear, intuitive experiences.
• Evidence‑based approach to research and a collaborative working style.
• Genuine interest in personal finance, investing or fintech.
