High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Mintos is seeking an experienced High‑Net‑Worth Client Relationship Manager to serve our affluent investors across Europe. You will build trust‑based relationships, guide clients through our multi‑asset platform and ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential high‑net‑worth investors through networking, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Present Mintos’ multi‑asset investment offering in a clear, tailored manner for each client.
• Onboard new high‑net‑worth clients and nurture existing relationships to deepen engagement.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system with detailed records of prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals in a financial services or investment setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building long‑term trust.
• Strong understanding of wealth‑management concepts and multi‑asset investment products.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of high‑value relationships.
