Google Ads Specialist

About the role

Nutrameg is looking for a data‑driven Google Ads Specialist to lead user‑acquisition campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max. You will work remotely with a team of top‑tier Google specialists, shaping ad copy and optimizing budgets to deliver high ROI for worldwide markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust bidding, targeting and ad copy to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research and structure accounts for scalability and maximum ROI.
• Analyse performance data, report on KPIs, budgets and growth opportunities.
• Participate in regular brainstorming sessions to boost campaign ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing Google Ads for user acquisition.
• Experience handling monthly budgets of at least €100,000, preferably scaling beyond €200,000.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Proven track record of writing persuasive ad copy that drives actions.
• Independent decision‑maker with transparent communication skills.
• Background in a marketing agency as a Google specialist is preferred.
